How to delete your account
You can delete your account in the game in a few seconds. If you no longer have the game, email us.
In the game
- Open the game and go to Profil (Profile).
- In the Konto (Account) panel tap Usuń konto (Delete account).
- Confirm. The game returns to the welcome screen.
Without installing the game
Email us with the subject "Account deletion" and give your nickname. If the account was linked to Apple or Google, say which one. We delete it within 30 days and confirm in our reply.
Send an emailWhat is deleted and what stays
Your nickname, country flag, sessions and sign-in tokens, the link to your Apple or Google account (the Apple token is also revoked at Apple), and reports about your nickname.
Leaderboard results as "Usunięty gracz" (deleted player), without a nickname or flag, so other players' places and badges do not change.
Used only to restore the server after a failure. Old data leaves them within 13 months at the latest.
Deletion cannot be undone. You can create a new account later, also with the same Apple or Google account, but it will be empty.
