Who processes your data

The data controller is Kosmiczne Koła Zębate Sp. z o.o. (Polish tax ID NIP 1231504008), contact: kontakt@kosmiczne.it.

What we collect

• Player ID created by the game on first launch. It contains no name or email address.
• Nickname and country flag, if you choose them. Other players see them on the leaderboards.
• Results of ranked runs: times and the lap trace (the car's path and the driving data needed to check that a run is fair). The path of a best lap may be replayed to other players as a "ghost".
• Apple or Google link, if you turn it on: only the account identifier at that provider, with no email address, name or photo. For Apple we also keep the Apple token, so that we can revoke it when you delete your account.
• Nickname reports: who reported, whose nickname, when, and what the nickname was.
• Technical data: game version, time of last activity and the IP address in server logs (for abuse protection and fixing bugs).

The game has no ads, does not track you across other apps and uses no third-party analytics. We do not sell data.

Why, and on what basis

The data is used only to run the game: saving progress, leaderboards, ghost replays, nickname moderation and cheat protection. The legal basis is providing the service you ask for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in fair leaderboards and security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Where the data is and for how long

• The game server runs in an OVHcloud data centre in Warsaw, Poland. Backups are kept on the controller's computer in Poland and are used only to restore the server after a failure.
• We keep the data while you have an account. The nickname of a guest with no results and no linked account may be released after 90 days of inactivity.
• Backups are daily (last 30 days) and monthly (about 13 months). After you delete your account, old data leaves them within 13 months at the latest.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the game: Profil → Usuń konto (Profile → Delete account). Details and other ways: how to delete your account. Deleting removes your nickname, flag, sessions and the Apple or Google link. Your results stay on the leaderboards as "Usunięty gracz" (deleted player), without a nickname or flag, so other players' places do not change.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, take it elsewhere and object to its processing. Write to kontakt@kosmiczne.it and give your nickname. You may also complain to a data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

Children

The game does not ask for personal data and does not knowingly collect it from children. The nickname is the only content other players see, and it passes a filter and moderation.
